We are committed to listening, learning, and improving our workplace and we ask everyone to make a personal commitment to educate themselves and engage in conversations with colleagues, so that we can all learn and share our stories and treat everyone the same.

We encourage everyone to call out any actions or behaviours not consistent with our values, and champion the rights of everyone.
