We need an experienced Shift Leader (nights alternate weekends) to join our care team at Redcot Care Home in Haslemere, Surrey. A Shift Leader who has a forward-looking attitude to care and who can lead and inspire our care team in making our care home feel like home for our residents.
We want a Shift Leader who shines with empathy, commitment and great listening skills.

Required Experience and Certifications:
- Care of older people
- Medications management
- Supervision of staff
- NVQ Health & Social Care L3 desirable but not essential
- Must have the Right to Work in the UK
Due to legal restrictions in giving personal care you must meet the minimum age of 18.
