This is a 1 Year (12 months) Maternity Cover position

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to work across our two care homes at our Coulsdon site in Surrey. You will assist the Office Manager in delivering a comprehensive confidential and efficient administration service, as well as, be able to communicate with people at all levels to contribute to effective team working.

We want an Administrator who shines with empathy, commitment and great listening skills.

Required Experience and Certifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Good telephone manner
  • Experience in a healthcare setting desirable but not essential
  • NVQ in Administration desirable but not essential
