Dementia affects 1 in 4 people over 80

As our population ages, the number of people diagnosed with dementia also increases.  There are 700,000 people living with dementia in the UK today, by 2025 there will be over 1 million.

Services to support people living with dementia, and their families and carers, are already overwhelmed.

Friends of the Elderly is planning to increase our range of quality care for people living with dementia in Worcestershire.  Our proposed new specialist care home in Malvern will complete an integrated package of care for people diagnosed with dementia in Worcestershire.

Help us make this a reality.  Please donate to our Peace of Mind Appeal today.
