Celebrating Care Home Open Day 2017

An older woman and young woman chatting and drinking teaConnecting with local communities and promoting friendships across generations

This year’s Care Home Open Day takes place on Friday 16 June.

In support of this annual initiative which showcases the excellent services being provided by dedicated teams of staff in care homes across the UK, many of our homes will be opening their doors to the public and hosting family friendly events.

These events are part of  our ongoing commitment to fostering meaningful activities, encouraging friendships across the generations and placing our care homes at the heart of their local communities. They are also a good opportunity to find out more about the care we offer to older people as well as volunteering and job opportunities we may have.

All the events are free and there is no need to register in advance, just turn up on the day.  Everyone is welcome!
