These terms and conditions apply to Friends of the Elderly.
- Please read these terms carefully before using this website (“Site”). Your use of this Site constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions, which take effect on the first day of use of this Site.
- The Friends of the Elderly reserves the right to change these terms and conditions by posting the changes online. Your continued use of this Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified.

- Text giving - Texts to BE A FRIEND will be charged at £3.00 plus one message at your standard network rate. You must not send more texts than you can afford or your mobile network will allow. If you are under 18 years old, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to send a SMS donation to us. All donors must obtain permission from the bill payer before sending a SMS text message. This service is available in England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales only. Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your mobile number, your carrier's name and the date, the time and content of your messages and other information that you may provide. If you don’t want Friends of the Elderly to contact you by text in future, add the words NO INFO (ie BE A FRIEND NO INFO) when texting your donation.
