Three members at Cloverdale“Two years ago I was lonely with only my dog for company. Somebody told me about your Day Club and I haven’t looked back. Your staff is dedicated, loving and caring, bringing out the best in all the members by gently encouraging us to do the best we can with our interests and activities.  I am well fed and warm and can’t imagine what life was like before.”

Cloverdale Court Day Club serves people in the Wallington, Carshalton and Sutton areas who are over 60 years old. Friends of the Elderly runs a minibus service providing transport for those who need it.

Jointly funded by Friends of the Elderly, Sutton Council and a grant from the Mrs M G Cobb Trust the club has 1 full-time and 5 part-time staff.  The Club is located in a purpose-built centre that is part of Cloverdale Court Extra Care sheltered housing complex, owned by Thames Valley Housing.
